With the present comunication we enclose the list of general condition for Foreign Customers.

Price List

The prices indicated in our Price List Retailers-January 2020 means net and are trade price (not consumer prices).
They are valid for one year until December 31, 2020. The sale, in the past reserved only for business or production, since the month of January 2009 also extends to private.
If the Customer is an Private person (namely an individual who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), before concluding the purchase order online, please read the General Conditions of Sale that apply to private and the related Price List reserved for them. Methods of Payment

Bank Transfer - If you wish you may pay by bank transfer in advance. If you do pay by bank transfer please let us know by mail, e-mail or fax that you have done so, make sure you tell us the number, the date and the amount of our invoice. Ideally we send you a copy of our proforma invoice with instruction for your bank. If the transfer is from an overseas bank or account you must make it clear to your bank that all charges are to be paid by you.
Personal Cheques -We can accept personal cheques drawn in advance in your local currency on your own bank from many countries. If your currency is freely negotiable on the international exchange markets then we can probably accept your cheque. However our bank will charge us for this, and we in turn must pass this charge on to you. We have had no problems accepting cheques from U.S.A., and EC countries. If a cheque is not accepted by our bank we will return it to you and ask you to pay by another method. Personal cheques must be drawn in the currency of the country in which your bank account is held (if you are in a country which has joined the Euro cheques must be drawn in Euro). Cheques should be made payable to "Tornasole di Antonio Corbo".
Letter of Credit - Only for amounts bigger than 5.000,00 euro.

Delivery Terms

For the prints (etchings) normally do not have all the items in stock, in every way we can send within 10/15 working days from receipt of the order. For the picture frames around 20/25 working days.

Contribution Expense Shipping

Prices are ex-factory (transport not included). 
It is possible to use our carrier or your own. We have a network of transporters that offer quick and reliable service. Pre-established rates are available for most countries.

Handling & Packaging

The packaging of prints is free and are packed in the plan, those large in rugged cardboard tubes.
For orders below 250,00=euro are charged in the invoice 10,00=euro for handling charges and management.
For the packaging of the picture frames (probable wooden crate) is charged in the invoice 10,00=euro for picture frame.

Complaints

The goods travelling always at risk and peril of the client even if sent into free port.
The responsibility of any damage or loss thereof during transport is the carrier.
Not accepted complaints spent 8 days from receipt of goods or return unless authorized.
All orders are controlled by two different people, with all that may occur errors.
Any dispute arising will be competent Court where the headquarters of the company notice "TornasoleArte."

Privacy Law

Your personal data are considered accurate by us under your responsibility, unless your other communication.
We inform you that your personal data is stored by us in compliance with Law No. 196/2003, to carry out fully tax obligations, administrative and commercial. No society can have.
